GAINDE 2000 showcased its innovations at CES, demonstrating the dynamism of the African innovation ecosystem, and positioning Africa as a major actor in digital transformation

The Consumer Electronics Show (CES), held on 8-11 January 2019, is a tech show focusing on innovation with more than 190,000 visitors in 2019 in Las Vegas, USA.

GAINDE 2000 was present in the heart of Eureka Park to present Orbus Pay to potential partners, clients and investors.

Orbus Pay is a cyber-resilient payment gateway that uses blockchain and AI.

GAINDE 2000 is one of Senegal’s IT companies specialising in trade efficiency, customs modernisation and paperless public formalities.

Eureka Park, the home for startups at CES, featured more than 1,200 companies from more than 50 countries offering disruptive innovations, attracting investors and big-name brands.

This year Eureka Park, which has launched successful companies including Ring, Benjilock and LifeFuels included a pitch competition, sponsored by the Consumer Technology Association Foundation and AARP.

CES showcases more than 4,500 exhibiting companies, including manufacturers, developers and suppliers of consumer technology hardware, content, technology delivery systems and more.
