p>Agilis Systems has partnered with the Digital Solution Group (DSG) in Africa and given the company the exclusive rights to white-label and sell Agilis Systems’ products.

“While DSG’s primary role is that of an outsourcing partner for multi-channel commerce and relationship marketing organisations, we have developed a strong reputation for developing software solutions that enable businesses to transact and communicate via direct channels,” says Yaron Assabi, CEO of DSG. “However, we also understand that the African marketplace is starting to require more innovative and reliable Mobile Resource Management (MRM) solutions and therefore, our partnership with Agilis expands our ability to offer this expertise locally.”
“We believe we will witness a solid uptake for the Agilis System products throughout Africa, especially if you consider that their business solutions are designed to maximise the productivity of mobile workforces,” adds Assabi. “There is no doubt that in today’s fast paced work environment that the lack of correct ICT infrastructure still hinders many of the continent’s businesses in their ability to communicate regardless of location.  As a result, a MRM solution that combines GPS location hardware, wireless communication, software applications and the Internet can help companies assign the right job to the right resource with the right equipment in the right location at the right time -which makes for a strong business case for the need for this offering in Africa.”
“One of the key success factors for DSG is their ability to design business process models and provide MRM solutions that empower and extend their clients’ business processes into the field,” says Mark Jarvis, Director of Business Development at Agilis Systems. “DSG has offices across Southern Africa and with an employee base in excess of 250, they have the capacity and ability to reach far and wide across the continent quickly, which makes them a very influential company in that region.”
According to Assabi; companies with advanced enterprise IT systems are focused on delivering elevated benefits from this infrastructure investment to ensure the time and money that has been spent is realised. “The next level to truly delivering value to their customers and staff is being able to disseminate and provide access to crucial corporate data to the field, in a highly reliable and secure fashion. Without this, organisations will struggle to maintain their competitive advantage – as we foresee mobile technology to be part of the next level for an enterprise-wide infrastructure requirement,” concludes Assabi.
