Telecom and social media solutions provider Kirusa has appointed Obafemi Banigbe to its advisory board
Femi is currently managing partner at Silver Rock Technology Services, a startup business and technology consulting firm focusing on information and communication technology (ICT) industries. Prior to co-founding Silver Rock, Femi was the chief operations officer of Millicom Ghana (operators of Tigo) where he also functioned as the acting CEO and CTO. Before this, he was the CTO for Millicom Tanzania. Femi has held leadership roles in Airtel, Celtel & V-Mobile in Nigeria. He has also worked in Ericsson during his early career in several capacities.
Commenting on his joining the advisory board, Femi said, “Over the years, Kirusa has evolved to be one of the most dynamic and innovative player in the mobile messaging, social media, and mobile marketing solutions in the emerging markets.
