Airtel Nigeria has announced the introduction of two affordable 4G smartphones, the Airtel Diva and Airtel Top Notch
As reported in the Telecompaper, With the Airtel Diva pricing at US$55 and the Airtel Top Notch at US$65, the telecom company boasts that these smartphones will allow consumers to enjoy the Airtel 4G experience at a much more affordable price.
The company stated that customers who purchase any of the 4G smartphones would benefit from the Airtel Double Data offer, which provides a 100 per cent bonus data from US 2 and above on each bundle.
Customers are required to insert their Airtel SIM card and text the keyword after purchasing the smartphones, ‘get’ to the shortcode ‘141’ to connect to the Airtel network.
The Airtel Diva has a five-inch screen, a 5MP back camera and a 2MP front camera plus an 8GB + 1GB storage capacity.. It runs on Android Go and has 2000 mAH battery capacity.
The Airtel Top Notch has a 5.5-inch screen, 5MP back camera and 2MP front camera, 8GB + 1GB storage capacity, runs on Android Go and has a battery capacity of 2500 mAH.
Both phones are dual SIM smartphones with the first SIM slot locked to the Airtel network.
