Redknee is managing the group operator’s four properties in support of the operator’s aggressive growth strategy to quickly expand across the region. In addition to this new contract, Redknee’s Turnkey Converged Billing platform (TCB) is also supporting group operators in the APAC and Americas regions to successfully grow their businesses in the competitive high growth markets.
It enables operators to use a fully converged real-time billing and customer care platform. With TCB, all subscribers, irrespective of payment type or access technology, can be managed on one consolidated platform, allowing operators to quickly launch targeted promotions and services and deliver an enhanced subscriber experience.
