Satellite communications provider ITC Global has acquired 100 per cent ownership of ITC Guinee SARL after purchasing the remaining 10 per cent interest in the Africa-focused company

Through ITC Guinee SARL, ITC Global will provide services to mining, energy and maritime businesses across the continent, with a specific focus on West African markets.

“Increasing ownership in one of our key markets is a core strategic objective for ITC Global,” said ITC Global chief executive officer and co-founder Joseph Spytek.

“We will continue to increase our investment in Africa in the near term. This transaction solidifies our strong position in the attractive African market,” he added.

ITC Global will provide VSAT services and support to its African clients, as well as a full range of services, including mobile VSAT trailer sales and rentals, Inmarsat satellite phone sales and rentals, VSAT installation, and Local Area Network infrastructure design and installation.
