Cassava Technologies' business, Liquid C2, has announced collaborative efforts with global technology leader Google Cloud and artificial intelligence (AI) company Anthropic to provide advanced cloud, cybersecurity solutions, and generative AI (gen AI) capabilities to businesses across Africa
Building on the November 2023 signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for collaboration with Google Cloud in Africa, improvements in cybersecurity and cloud offerings across the continent are anticipated from Liquid C2. The company aims to introduce African businesses to Google Cloud's latest AI, data, collaboration, and security solutions, promising heightened security measures, access to advanced cloud technologies, and a dedication to securing digital assets.
As one of Google Cloud's largest Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs) in Africa, Liquid C2 will combine Google Cloud's leading security solutions with its own expertise in offering comprehensive security consulting. This collaboration will empower Liquid C2 to deliver the capabilities of both Google Cloud and Anthropic’s AI models to its customers through Google Cloud’s Vertex AI platform, facilitating the quick development and deployment of solutions within their cloud environments.
In addition to its role as a strategic partner delivering Google Workspace to customers across the continent, Liquid C2 aims to fortify cybersecurity measures and infuse gen AI capabilities, envisioning a future where security, collaboration, and innovation go hand-in-hand. The collaboration between Liquid C2, Google Cloud, and Anthropic is seen as crucial in driving progress, fostering innovation, and attracting global investment as Africa continues to emerge as a hub for technological advancements.
In a separate but related development, Liquid C2 is also collaborating directly with Anthropic, one of the largest and fastest-growing AI companies globally, to develop AI solutions for large enterprises seeking to enhance productivity and revenue growth. Anthropic’s family of foundational AI models, including Claude, is available in Google Cloud’s Vertex AI.
