MTN Group has announced a broader partnership with Tecnotree to make its business critical IT solutions accessible across the group

Tecnotree has been working alongside MTN Group to provide business support systems and value added services across 16 networks in Africa and Middle East.

The company plans to offer convergent billing, customer management and management dashboard solutions to its business customers.

“In order to achieve the best return on our investment but also to provide the best service for our customer we are continuously harmonising operational practices and supporting IT systems across the group,” said Jyoti Desai, chief technology and information officer of MTN Group.

Commenting on the new partnership, Kaj Hagros, President and CEO of Tecnotree also added, “What better way to celebrate ten years of working with MTN Group than to strengthen this relationship with a strategic partnership of this nature.

“We believe our efforts to develop and innovate in the areas of monetisation and customer management will directly contribute to the MTN Group’s success.”
