Mobile phone retailer SLOT Limited has announced that it has plans to expand its business to other West African countries

Nnamdi Ezeigbo, CEO of SLOT Limited, said, “The company will continue to maintain a benchmark for international best practices in selling mobile phones, computers, laptops cameras and their accessories.”

According to him, the consumers were becoming increasingly aware of their rights and benefits and, as such, SLOT Limited benchmarked on international standards in order to offer the right prices and products.

Ezeigbo added that complaints by mobile phone users in Nigeria had drastically reduced because of the huge investment in effective customer care by operators.

While predicting that the price of smartphones would continue decline, Ezeigbo said that SLOT Limited would continue to provide the needed after-sales support for customers.

With about 35 stores spread across the nation, the company had provided employment to over 450 Nigerians and business opportunities to hundreds of contractors and service providers through its stores over the years, the CEO added.
