AutoRek has announced it has widened its global reach across South Africa by partnering with financial consultancy services distributor Grey Matter Thinking

Grey Matter Thinking and its technology subsidiary Grey Dot will trade and distribute AutoRek's reconciliation technology to South Africa's business sector to support companies in enhancing the quality of financial controls.

The two companies aim to strengthen their partnership with the Hill Group in Warsaw and the global outsourcing division of IBM, AutoRek said.

"AutoRek can play a crucial role, it enables companies to use a single system to automate the management and extraction of data, identify and resolve inconsistencies and increase the reliability of data for audit, compliance and stakeholder reporting," stated Richard Cohen, chief executive officer of Grey Matter Thinking and director of Grey Dot.

AutoRek offers solutions to financial service companies across the UK, Europe and Asia.

“We’re looking forward to working closely with AutoRek to grow the range of financial services solutions available to the South African market," Cohen ;added.
