Inwi has rolled out Sicaps Customer Retention Platform - a flexible, plug and play solution which rewards inwi subscribers for their mobile, fixed or Internet service loyalty, putting the Moroccan firm in a strategic position to pursue a segmented loyalty and retention strategy with very quick turnaround times.
According to Mr Izmar, CIO at inwi, “We chose the Sicap Customer Retention Platform for its flexibility and ease of use by non-technical staff - our marketing team can now launch trial campaigns and react instantly to strategic opportunities.”
