One of the key factors in the continuing success of Communication Service Providers (CSPs) is the continuing success of providers of new solutions for the management of products, customers and revenue, aaccording to Stavros Vougas, Tecnotree regional vice President MEA & APAC

“We have been positioned by analysts within the ‘Magic Quadrant’ for Integrated Revenue and Customer Management (IRCM) for Communication Service Providers (CSP’s) and have a successful niche for emerging markets like Africa,” added Vougas.

This was shown by the bouquet of new products and solutions exhibited at Tecnotree at AfricaCom 2014. This included the Tecnotree Agility Suite which can transform communications service provider’s business towards a marketplace of digital services.

The convergent suite architecture supports all stages of the value chain: service creation, offer bundling, monetization, and end-to end customer lifecycle management.

“We had the opportunity to engage with a broad audience and showcase our products such as Unified Product Catalogue, Customer Lifecycle Management as well as consolidated Call Completion and Social Media Integration,” said Vougas.
